TOLD BY FIRE
For agents, teams and brokerages

People hire the agent, not the listing video

Listing tours date the moment the house sells. What keeps working is you, on camera, saying something worth hearing about the market you know.

A real take, delivered straight to camera. HM Tax, filmed by Told by Fire.

Working with them brings out the best in me and our team on camera, and the content they produce captures attention immediately.

Tell us about the business

Five questions so the first call is useful. It takes under a minute, and nobody calls you before you ask them to.

There is no wrong answer. It changes what we would make.
Town and state is plenty.

No list, no drip sequence. This goes to the people who would do the work.

What they said afterwards

Why this works

The category has no face

Across every competing agency we reviewed, not one builds its work around a named human, and across seventeen of their clips not one had anybody speaking. They sell anonymous polish. People do not choose an agent because the drone shot was smooth.

Sell the person, not the property

A listing video expires. A clip of you making an argument about your market gets sent to a friend eighteen months later. We build for the second one.

Enough for the whole month

A recent round for one client came back as seven finished pieces from a single shoot day: one long feature, one feature reel, five short cuts, each also delivered without music. Your feed stops waiting on the next closing.

What actually happens

Most people who call us have never been on camera and do not want to be. That is the normal starting point, not a problem.

One day of yours. That is the whole ask.

We come to you and film where the work happens, while the work happens. You do not go to a studio, you do not stop the job, and you do not give us a second day. One day on site is what a month of content costs you in time.

You get interviewed, not scripted

Nobody hands you a script to memorise. We ask you the questions your customers already ask, and you answer them the way you always do. That is the whole trick, and it is why people who hate being on camera come out sounding like themselves.

One day becomes a month of content

A recent round for one of our excavation clients came back as seven finished pieces from a single shoot: one long feature, one feature reel, and five short cuts. Every one of them was also delivered without the music bed, so the same footage works on a website, in a proposal and on social.

Back within four weeks

Finished cuts land within four weeks of the shoot. That is the commitment written into our agreement, not an estimate, and you get a week after delivery to ask for changes.

You see everything before anyone else

Finished cuts land in a folder that is yours. Nothing gets published until you have seen it.

What it costs

$2,500 to $4,000 a month

That is the range most of our monthly work sits in. Smaller packages exist. We will tell you on the first call which one fits, including if the answer is none of them.

We are based in Providence and most of our work is within about an hour of it, across Rhode Island and Massachusetts. Further out is possible, it just costs more to get there.
